Directions from Philadelphia International Airport
- Exiting the airport, take I-95 South (toward Delaware).
- Continue on I-95 South for about 11 miles, then exit onto US Route 322 (northbound toward West Chester).
- Continue on US Route 322 for about 8 miles to the intersection with US Route 1, turn left onto US Route 1 (southbound) and US Route 322 (westbound).
- Continue on US Routes 1 and 322 for about one mile, turn right (northbound) onto US Route 202 North.
- Continue on US Route 202 North for about 5 miles; remain on Route 202 North when it bears right away from Business US Route 322.
- Continue on divided highway US Route 202 for about 6 miles, then exit onto the Business US Route 30 Frazer exit.
- Turn right (east bound) at the traffic light (end of ramp) onto Business Route 30, and at first traffic light turn right (after The Home Depot on the right) onto Phoenixville Pike. Take the immediate first left (approximately 100 feet) into Chester County Commons (gray office buildings).
- Unit No. 16 is directly in front of you after turning into the Commons, with the main entrance on the opposite side of the building, away from the parking area. Vehicle access is one-way (to the right) around the perimeter of the Commons with parking anywhere along the perimeter.
Directions from New York/New Jersey/North Philadelphia
- Take the NJ Turnpike South to Exit 6 (PA Turnpike westbound).
- Continue west on the PA Turnpike about 34 miles to PA Turnpike Exit 326 (Old Exit 24) (Valley Forge/US 202).
- After the tollbooth, stay right and take Exit 328A (US Route 202 South), the second right hand exit after the tollbooth, and then merge left onto US Route 202 South.
- Take US 202 South for about 10 miles and take the US Route 30 Frazer/Downingtown exit (one exit after the Route 401 Frazer exit); follow signs to Frazer Business US Route 30 (stay to the left side of exit - not Route 30 Bypass to Downingtown).
- Turn left (eastbound) onto Business Route 30 at end of ramp; at the second light (immediately after the Home Depot on the right) turn right onto Phoenixville Pike. Take immediate first left (approximately 100 feet) into Chester County Commons (gray office buildings).

- Take the PA Turnpike East to Exit 312 - Downingtown. After the tollbooth, stay to the left and merge with PA Route 100 South (Downingtown).
- Continue south on PA Route 100 for 3.7 miles to US Business Route 30 intersection. Turn left at intersection and proceed along US Business Route 30 East for 2.6 miles. Will pass under US Route 202 Bypass and proceed past Home Depot on the right.
- At the bottom of the hill (immediately after the Home Depot on the right) turn right onto Phoenixville Pike. Take immediate first left (approximately 100 feet) into Chester County Commons (gray office buildings).
